1. Prices and services
Approximate prices for accommodation and any other services are published in the presentation materials of the landlord (web pages, leaflets etc).The customer, however, is bound only by a confirmed price stated in the accommodation voucher.The range of services and prices contracted is bound by the listing in the voucher. The landlord is entitled to change the agreed parameters of his services in circumstances beyond his control (such as 'act of God').
2. Cancellation by customer
The customer is entitled to cancel the reservation any time prior to arrival. The cancellation should be in electronic writing form (email with confirmation) to email@example.com The time of cancellation is determined by the date and time the email was sent.
Accommodtion date 25. 12. 2016 - 2. 1. 2017 a 21. 12. 2017 – 2. 1. 2018 – TOP SEASON
The guest can cancel free of charge until 14 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 14 days before arrival.
Accommodtion date 3. 1. 2017 – 2. 4. 2017 + 1. 12. 2017- 20. 12. 2017 + 3. 1. 2018 – 1. 4. 2018 - MID SEASON
The guest can cancel free of charge until 7 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 7 days before arrival.
Accommodtion date 3.4 2017. - 30. 11. 2017- LOW SEASON
The guest can cancel free of charge until 2 days before arrival. The guest will be charged the total price if they cancel in the 2 days before arrival.
** Condition for reservations made after the date of payment is full payment on the day of booking
** Credit card guarantee
** If the guest does not wish to disclose details of his credit card, it will be issued a pro forma invoice for the amount of 100% of the total reservation cost. This payment is refundable in accordance with cancellation conditions.
**For larger groups can be arranged individual cancellation fees.

These terms and conditions are an integral part of the reservation and accommodation voucher.
The accommodated guest has the right to file a petition for an extrajudicial resolution of consumer disputes designated to the subject for extrajudicial resolution of consumer disputes, which is:

www.coi.cz. In accordance with § 1837 letter j) of Act no. 89/2012 Coll., Civil Code, the accommodated as a consumer is not entitled to
withdraw from the contract if the accommodation provides performance within the specified time.
